The general conditions are accessible at any time on the site www.petitssecretsdenormandie.com, and can be communicated at the Customer's request.

ARTICLE 1: ORDER AND RESERVATION

The reservation of the guided tour is made by telephone (0645662854), by email (petitssecretsdenormandie@gmail.com), or via the quote request form available on the site at the following address: https://www.petitssecretsdenormandie .com/get-a-quote. The quote request form does not commit the guide for any service, it is a simple quote request. Following a reservation request, Adèle Thibert undertakes to send the Customer a detailed estimate by email, within 48 hours of receipt of the request. The quote is valid for 30 days, subject to the availability of the guide upon receipt of the signed quote. The service is only confirmed after receipt of the estimate dated and signed by the Customer, bearing the mention "Good for agreement" as well as full payment of the amount of the service.

ARTICLE 2: PRICES

The price proposed in the quote only includes the guided tour service, unless otherwise stated in the quote. Only the services indicated in the description of the estimate are included. The prices can be modified at any time, but the services will always be invoiced on the basis of the established estimate. The information relating to the prices indicated on the site www.petitssecretsdenormandie.com are only given as an indication. Prices are expressed in Euros.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PAYMENT

3.1. Tailor-made reservations for groups

In the event of payment by bank check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France, and sent by post, in an envelope stamped at the current rate to: Adèle Thibert, 58, rue Guillemard, 76600 Le Havre. Adèle Thibert is not responsible for the non-receipt of checks sent by simple mail. Payment for the visit must be made in one go and in full, no later than 7 days before the start date of the service. The payment of a service always gives rise to the delivery of an invoice to the Customer by Adèle Thibert. Upon receipt of payment, Adèle Thibert sends a confirmation email summarizing all the information necessary for the proper conduct of the guided tour. Adèle Thibert will not be required to perform the guided tour service if payment for the visit has not been made in full according to the conditions indicated above. Exceptionally, in the event of a reservation request for a visit taking place within less than 7 days, payment can be made on site, by check or cash. These visits take place with a minimum of 8 paying people registered. Below this number, the visit will not take place and will be removed from the program. The Customer will be fully reimbursed.

It remains the customer's responsibility to keep informed of the good performance or not of a visit planned in the program by his own means (telephone, e-mail) with Adèle Thibert when he wishes to register. Also, the programming calendar of the petitsecretsdenormandie.com website is updated and allows the customer to be informed in real time of the number of registered visitors to one of these visits.

Under no circumstances will the guide go on site if there has been no prior reservation(s) for a guided tour mentioned in the “Agenda” tab.

The meeting point for the departure of all guided tours is at the place indicated in the tour guide on the website petitssecretsdenormandie.com.

The departure time of the guided tour will be strictly observed. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the chosen visit, in particular to pay for the service on site if necessary.
